I've known Nick, Jill, and the boys for many years, from when our children were small, and we spent many happy times together, having meals together, playing games, and going Ten Pin bowling, where the little ones had bumpers down the aisles, and a stand to roll the ball from. 

Nick was such a lovely man, a gentleman in all ways, although I'm sure his competitive side showed a few times on the golf course! 

It was far too soon for him to leave his family, he still had so much  life and love for his lovely wife,  Jill,  his boys, Geoff and Andy, and his grandchildren.  They will always have such very good memories of time spent together and know that they were loved.  

I send my sincere condolences to all his family and friends, especially his golfing partner, Malcolm, who I know will miss him every day.

Let us hope that one day a cure can be found for this horrible disease.
